 This bathroom, situated in a 1920's Californian bungalow,
is due for a makeover. It's in bad shape, with the
bath and pedestal basin having been resprayed several
times already and the fittings looking decidedly tatty.
The current door opens inwards. To save space for this
small room, the orientation will be changed. The old
exposed plumbing and taps, along with the floor and
wall tiles and the ancient cabinet, will also be replaced.
The bathroom will be redesigned to provide more storage
and better ventilation to put an end to any damp problems.
